At Kissing Tree we use external courier companies such as Star Track and Australia Post, therefore we cannot guarantee a delivery time. We provide approximate delivery times in our Delivery section below. Delivery time frames are based on Business Working Days (i.e Monday to Friday). If the recipient is not home and there is a suitable/safe place to leave the gift, the courier will leave the parcel at their property.
Kissing Tree will not be held responsible for the cost of lost parcels due to the supply of incorrect or insufficient addresses. A $15 re-delivery charge will apply if an incorrect delivery address is provided.
It is the customer's responsibility to check if a hospital or workplace will accept parcel deliveries. If the recipient has been discharged from hospital upon delivery the box may be taken to the local courier depot. The recipient can arrange collection from the depot, otherwise there will be a $15 re-delivery charge to their home address. If the box has been returned to sender then a $15 new delivery charge will be applied for a re-delivery.
The Kissing Tree website is a safe shopping environment; we use the latest security technology provided by Stripe to protect our customers by ensuring that your personal information such as credit card details cannot be read by others or tampered with en route.
All our website prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Prices quoted on this website are inclusive of GST. The total GST paid will be clearly marked on the invoice.
Product Availability/ Replacements
If a product on our website is out of stock, we will advise you as to when we expect delivery and we will send it out as soon as we receive new stock. If there is a further delay we will notify you by email and you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order or choose an alternative product.
Occasionally products within a gift box may become discontinued. Therefore we may substitute it for a similar product, of the same value.
Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions
Our promotional offers are only valid on the Kissing Tree website. To qualify for the offer, the order must be placed before the advertised expiration date.
Offers can only be used on full priced products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The promotion code must be quoted on the Kissing Tree website to qualify for the offer.
Registering as a Customer
To place an order on the Kissing Tree website you can either choose to Checkout as a Guest or become a Registered Customer. As a Registered Customer you will be required to set up an online account. Once you have set up an account your customer information will be securely stored on our database and you won't have to re-enter your details the next time you place an order.
Benefits of being a Registered Customer:
View previous online orders, status and shipping tracking information.
Keep an online address book.
You may also receive exclusive offers and discounts via email, providing you have given us consent.
Returns and Exchange Policy
Please read the below Refund and Exchange Policy carefully before purchasing from Kissing Tree.
Our gifts are dispatched in perfect condition and with protective padding to prevent any damages during transit. However, if you find fault with any of our products please notify us within 7 days so that we can replace the gift.
We ask that you kindly return the faulty product unused and in it’s original packaging as soon as possible. Kissing Tree will replace faulty products on approval of fault.
The postage cost for returning the faulty product will unfortunately not be refunded, however, no postage will be charged on replacing the faulty product. If, for any reason, we no longer have the product in stock we will offer you an exchange or a refund for the faulty product. Please allow 14 days for refunds to be processed.
We cannot exchange gifts that are not to the taste or liking of the recipient.
Kissing Tree will not be held responsible for the cost of lost parcels due to the supply of incorrect or insufficient addresses. There is a $15 cost for re-delivery of orders where the address provided is incorrect.

Gift boxes courier delivery charge
The prices and timings below are based on gift boxes SHIPPED BEFORE 2.00PM AEST. As we use external couriers we cannot guarantee a delivery time:
STANDARD COURIER DELIVERY Australia Nationwide = $15.00.
Estimated Delivery Timing: Metro Areas - 1-2 Business Working Days;
Regional Areas - 2-5 Business Working Days (deliveries to the Northern Territory, PO Box addresses and rural areas can take a few days extra);
1-5 WORKING DAYS DELIVERY
Deliveries for 3350 and 3353 suburbs only = free.
Delivery time frames are based on Business Working Days (i.e Monday to Friday). Our national couriers DO NOT DELIVER on weekends or public holidays. Ballarat home address deliveries may be delivered on weekends and public holidays, subject to our availability, but the customer should expect 1-5 business days as standard.
Important Delivery Information
$15.00 delivery charge applies to addresses in Australia only.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, from our Ballarat location.
It is the customer's responsibility to check if a workplace will accept parcel deliveries.
We do not deliver to hospitals outside of Ballarat.
A $15.00 re-delivery fee will be charged if an incorrect delivery address is provided or, for Ballarat locals, if the recipient has been discharged from one of the Ballarat hospitals upon parcel delivery. Please note turn around times may take up to 5 days due to the processing systems of our courier/s.
If the recipient is not home and there is a suitable place to leave the gift, the courier will leave the parcel at their property.
If you have any special delivery instructions such as where the parcel can be left safely, then please inform us in the ‘Special Instruction’ box during your order checkout process.
Customers must ensure they provide us with the correct delivery address. Kissing Tree will not be held responsible for the cost of lost parcels due to the supply of incorrect or insufficient addresses.
Courier deliveries to metro areas in Australia are normally made next day however we estimate 1-2 working days in case of flight delays. For delivery addresses in regional or remote areas please allow an additional 2-3 business working days.
Requests for delivery on specific days cannot be guaranteed, however, we always try our best to aim for delivery on the requested date.
Change of Address: If the parcel is still in transit we will contact the courier and arrange for a re-direction of the parcel. This may incur an additional $15.00 delivery fee, and redirection can take up to three business days. If the parcel is on board for delivery, we will not be able to intercept the delivery.
Hospital Deliveries: To St John of God Ballarat, Ballarat Base Hospital, and Ballarat Health Services only. Please provide us with the mother’s full name, room number, and ward. It is the customer's responsibility to check if their Ballarat hospital will accept parcel deliveries. If the recipient is discharged on the scheduled day for delivery a re-direction fee to her home may be charged to you. Therefore, If you are not sure how long mother and baby will be staying in hospital we recommend you address the gift box to their home address instead.
Free local delivery: The local delivery option will be displayed on the cart page. Orders will be delivered within 1-5 business days. Local delivery is not available to PO Box addresses.
Overseas International Deliveries
At this time Kissing Tree does not ship to international addresses.
